The National Coffee Association (NCA) in the US has announced that political commentators James Carville and Mary Matalin will address the NCA Centennial Convention in New Orleans in March.
One of Washington’s most celebrated couples, they will discuss “All’s Fair: Love, War, and Politics” in a general session on March 18, 2011.
“James Carville and Mary Mataline redefine working across the aisle,” said Robert F Nelson, NCA president and CEO. “Carville and Matalin bring civility and grace back to the kind of robust political discourse that informs, enlightens and enables genuine debate and decision making – an honoured tradition befitting NCA’s 100 years of service to the US coffee industry.”
In their address, Carville and Matalin will give convention attendees an enlightening and entertaining look at current political issues and a behind-the-scenes look at how today’s headlines play out on Capitol Hill and around the country.
Co-authors of the national best seller All’s Fair: Love, War, and Running for President, they each have over 30 years of political experience and have worked for every US President over the last three decades.
