The Cocoa Association of Asia has been forced to postpone the conference it was due to hold in March.
Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) the Cocoa Association of Asia (CCA) International Cocoa Conference & Dinner in Singapore that was due to take place 26-27 March 2020 has been postponed to 1-2 June 2020.
The CAA Conference Organizing Committee has been closely monitoring the development of the coronavirus. On 7 February 2020, the Singapore Government stepped up its risk assessment from DORSCON Yellow to DORSCON Orange.
“The safety of our attendees and our support staff remains the utmost priority. Coupled with our duty to do everything we can in our power to prevent the virus from spreading, we’ve taken the difficult but correct step of postponing the event with immediate effect,” the CAA said.
The venue for the postponed conference has not changed and remains at Raffles City Convention Centre, 80 Bras Basah Road, Singapore 189560.
